Usually it would be good to start with their name. So you could say something like:
This is [insert name] or I would like to introduce you to [insert name]. Then you could go on to say something about where they are from, or general stuff about how they came to be in the class that you are in now.

Make it a riddle, unless she's supposed to be standing there with you. Call it "Who Is She" or Mystery Girl or something. Start with "She's sitting here right in this room! " Don't give a physical description until the end, or they'll guess right away. Start with her hobbies or family or something not immediately identifiable.
