they said i can text ANY other phone service i want.
but i have one question:
Can I text another state? say... missourie?
btw.. im in Utah right now
so the main question is: CAN I TEXT ANY STATE I WANT WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES?

yes you can because its in the united states of america and it is not in a different country
