...ticket if i give it to them.? Theres a young man in my neigborhood who speeds down our residential street. I videoed him doing so from a side angle. The way I figure he was doing at least 60mph (88 feet per second) in a 25 mph zone. Do you think the cops can use it as legal evidence?
