I have woken up my little brother several times and he just is laughing

right when I wake him up.? He's six years old and a couple times he has walked somewhere at really weird times when he should be sleeping, and well when I say something to him or wake him up if he is in bed, he starts to laugh. When he isn't in his bed he doesn't say anything till I do and that's when he starts to laugh.
