I have ZERO MMA training, but I'm in great shape, should I have a go at Pro MMA?

There's a local show which sometimes matches up newbies (people with 0-0 record), should I have a blast at it or what? I'm strong and have good cardio because I'm an athlete, so how well do people do with no training? I think I
Can win, I know about submissions, I've just never rolled before. Would you have a go if you were built for it?

Absolutely not, you're going to get owned in the ring, no offense but would you jump in a Formula 1 car and race against an experienced driver expecting to win?

If you have a good build than start up some Brazilian Jui Jitsu training, some boxing, Wrestling, anything to give you a way to capitalize on your strengths, if you like the submission aspect look into Aikido training.

No. You should get some training first. There are plenty of very strong guys with good cardio who get destroyed by decent technique.
