I heard about a 22 year old footballer who drives an Audi A8?

I have my doubts about whether this could be legal, because I know a woman who drives a 2 litre Volkswagen Golf, and her children are not allowed to drive it until they're 24. Could it be legal for a 22 year old to drive an Audi A8? the engine size would be at least 3 litre.
