i went to the jack o lantern spectacular last month at the roger williams zoo in providence ri, going through part of the event was a song it had a kind of techno beat and just laughter. there were no words just laughter and it repeated over and over and the laughter would change tone and pitch it also went along with the beat of the music. ha ha ha ha ha ha .... i found this rather annoying but i would like to find it to annoy other people does anyone know what song i'm talking about and if this is an actual song?
