I hit a deer with an SUV?

I was driving a late 90s Suburban about 45 mph when a deer popped in front. I hit the break before, but I still hit it. It just kind of fell underneath the car. The front isn't dented but the wheel acted kinda funny afterwards but they were unadjusted to begin with. Do you think there is damage to the car?

well i hit a kangroo the only damage to the car was the front 2 tyres were flat and alligment problem
