I jailbreak my iphone 4,will apple void my warranty?

I want to sync the apps i got from installous to itunes so i can be able to back up my phone.I was wondering if APPLE could tell if I did Synced the apps.I got a message saying that says "transferring purchases from app store".Should i be worried that it might void my warranty because i want to transfer the apps to itunes so it won't be wiped when i sync it.
 
although they do not currently do much of anything against jail-broken items, they are working on a punishment system of sorts
 
if u back it up or restore the apps from installous won't load
 
no your fine. There is no way for them to know. If anything is said just say you got them with your friends account.
