Sure you can. Just insert an activated T-mobile SIM card into your iPhone and it should work. I had no idea you had to jailbreak it though...

Is your iPhone free from network restriction? If not just a jailbreak alone wont allow your iPhone to work with other GSM SIM cards. You need to unlock it too.
