I think it's because they are your actual results and the uni knows it can get in biiig trouble. So they are probably flapping around panicing themselves thinking what to do and what to tell you lol!

just quickly, i have platinum blonde hair, so basically the longer i leave it on the better, but its gone past itchy ( which is what it normally gets to when i wash it off )

into BURNING its been on for an hour and a half, normally leave it on for an hour
