I just accidentally found out my A-level results.... I think

YAY WELL DONE OP I was watching this thread nervously lol I'm not even getting my results tomorrow (doing GCSEs so results next week for me), but I actually feel scared for all you guys!!

I admit a selfish part of me is sad that the most exciting thing to happen on today is over and i am back to pondering my results...
 
anyway now i will write more, just thought i would post that quick update,

basically she was very sorry, they made a mistake, the posted my results when they shouldnt have, it was due to me allready having a-levels and having an unconditional offer!!

they have had to shut down the whole registering new students side of the website!!!

she was really nice though, i feel kind of bad for her

my mum wants me to go to the paper, ( local not national i think)

i said no, cos i dont want to get them into trouble, and also i dont want to be in the paper lol

Congratulations! :D And on balance, probably best not to go to the papers - as all's well that ends well, why risk getting yourself on your university's bad side to begin with?

Please, even on the worlds slowest news day, I very much doubt that would get into the newspapers. Even if by some surreal chance that it DID, why would you WANT to grass on your own university for 5 minutes of fame? Thats a pretty good way to earn the contempt of your tutors for the next 3 years of your uni life.
