...stopped running? Is there a way I can get it running again? Did I break it? Laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1545 btw.
 
Some laptops have a thermostatically controlled fan that only comes on when the CPU is above a certain temperature. It may have been right at that temperature, and when you blew on it, it happened to make it just cool enough for the fan to turn off.
