I just got pop by the cops!?

i was in michigan in the passenger seat i have nothing on my record. and i got a open intox ticket. i was wondering how i should handle this for the best possible out come. also i was wondering if there was anyway of fighting it to win.

Open container? Pretty clear cut. There is little you can do to fight it unless the officer pulled over the car for no reason at all - lacking probable cause. Your best bet would be to make a deal with the district attorney - the case is petty enough they'd probably let you go with probation.
