I just restored my iPod Touch to new iOS?

It deteled all my games and music which was worth about 70 and I did a back-up but I don't know how to get all my games and media back on. PLEASE HELP?! They did this for the second time and it's really annoying.
 
All your media should be on your computer, on iTunes.
you can sync the data from iTunes and put it back on your iPod
all media from iTunes can be put on iPods 3 times
