So about 10-20 minutes ago I was walking my dog and I decided to take a shortcut down an alley. But unknowingly there was a man and his truck in the alley. About halfway down she was not only scared of the man but dogs behind fences of both sides of us were barking like crazy. And on top of that it was dark. So my dog started running and I was holding the leash so I had to run to keep her from strangling herself. But suddenly another dog started barking and my dog darted under me. I basically half tripped and half jumped over her, and ending up landing on my right side and then sliding on my back. (The alley was on part of a hill) My cell phone flew out of my pocket and my Oakleys flew off of my head. And then on top of that I couldn't find my dog. So after I found her and got my stuff and carried her home which basically got blood all over her stomach from my hand. When I got home I saw that there was a large gash on my hand, scraps all over my back, cuts and scraps on the side of my right knee, and small cuts on my elbow. I took a shower and then put Peroxide over my elbow, hand and knee. My mom then put Triple Antibiotic and band-aid on my hand. My whole body pretty much hurts. Is there anything else I should do.
There looks like there might have been a piece of gravel in my hand but I think its gone.
I think all the cuts have pretty much stopped bleeding.
