I just updated my iPhone 4 to the ios5, and now my ringtones won't sync?

I just did the big update to my iphone, and only some of my saved ringtones are showing up. iTunes says I have it, but only 3 of them show up. They're all less than 40 seconds, and when I click on them in the tab from the iPhone information, it says they're synced, however, when I click on the ringtone, the little ! shows up next to them, but I can't click on it to see what's wrong. How do I fix this?

If you are using a mac to sync things do a search for isync on your mac , load that program up

, I think have your iphone plugged in

then go to isync preferences and then, click on reset sync history...

it might help.

I had a similar issue with iCal not syncing properly.
