why can't it be optional? in my place,,, our school usually adds their compulsory internet fee in our miscellaneous fees thus increasing our tuition fee for each semester. now majority of students (including me) doesn't want to use the internet at school because we would rather access the internet outside of school which is more lax in security rather than at school which we cant even access friendster.com or even facebook.com....im jsut asking why can't it be optional...thanks everyone
