I know protein makes you gain "weight"..but does it make you FAT? Does it get stored?
Female
135 lbs
Goal:lose weight, gain muscle (not for body building..but to burn fat...and get toned)
Caloric intake: 1500 calories
Caloric ratio: I started w/40-30-30 (protein, carbs, fat)..then tweaked it a bit to 43-32-25...161 g protein, 120 g carbs, 42 g fat...
IF PROTEIN DOESN'T MAKE YOU FAT..THEN I'D RATHER GET FULL ON PROTEIN SINCE MY BODY WILL GET RID OF WHAT I DON'T NEED....
Cardio: 45 min, moderate
Strenght training: 1 hr-75 min, free weights
