I laughed when I lost my best friend?

We were fighting and I told her I didn't want to be her friend anymore. She was saying some really mean stuff to me and I started laughing. I don't know why.. but I just started laughing. And it felt kinda good. Should I be apologetic? I don't even know how she feels about the situation yet. All I know is I was cracking up.
 
No, don't be sorry unless you mean it. You were probably laughing at the irony of whatever situation you were in. And laughing could also be a way of substituting sad feelings. I laughed when I got dumped last year, it's just a way to cope

only be apologetic if thats how you feel. do you still want to be her friend because then you should make amends.
