I lift everyday and play a sport everyday...?

and I been heavy into, as a daily routine, since 10th grade. Im at the YMCA for 4 to 6 hours everyday, lifting, playing basketball, playing football, or playing softball. But the thing is, I never really had a good diet and I still got a little extra weight I wanna get off. Im 6 foot, 210 pounds, but I wanna get down to about 190-195. Im not huge, I just have a little extra. Anyone got a good, really cheap daily diet for me? I eat a lot, so dont starve my ass! :-D
