i like them both-Mazda or Hyundai?

Help me. I like both a lot.

Mazda CX-9 or Hyundai Veracruz

must seat 7, have V6 engine, and be under 29k. Will either be a 2010 or 2011.

NO- GPS, DVD player, or anything like that is it increases the price over 28k-29k
 
Although the Hyundai is a good vehicle, it is a little dated because of its introduction back in 2006 compared to the Mazda's introduction in 2008. The 2008 has nice styling and a very rich and good and finish interior. The Hyundai although a VERY good vehicle doesn't have the quality that I find that is in the Mazda CX9. So if I were you I'd buy the Mazda CX9. I can just hear it "Maddie gots a Mazda!"

I would suggest Hyundai. I have one and love it! It has over 50,000 miles on it and I've never had any serious trouble with it. Also, when the little motor that operates the power seat quit at 44,000 miles, when other manufacturer's would have said "pay up", Hyundai said no problem - fixed it and didn't charge me a cent. Now THAT's a car company!
