I live in Nevada, it is cheaper to do laundry night time (what time) or mornings

(what time)? I checked Nevada Power for my questions, do we have peak hours here during winter?
 
Everywhere, it is always cheaper during off peak hours, which is normally after 7 P.M. and before 6 A.M.
 
Im from detroit and moved here to AZ so were not to far but from what we were told it that its 2 cents after 9pm for energy usage probably up till 6am ima guess. so yes it is cheaper to do it at night, and do it after 9pm especially if you got lots of cloths to do.
