I`m from India, want to call a Cell in China, Is any option where I can call

without paying from internet? I asked this as one of my cousin is studying in China, and their parents are finding it difficult to always spend so much amount to call china always.. want to help them... kindly let me know ...

okay bhai, here are few choices,
first u can use nonoh.com, one paid u can just put in countries and the numbers and nonoh.com will call u phone, which directly connects to phone in china.( so momentarily use of net )
other wise there are various phone cards
such as reliance or ringmycountry.com where u can get a pin and a 1800 ( in india 1600 ) number u call to put in ur pin and call directly to china.
I dont know what are the calling rates now in india for international calls but vodaphone( formely hutch) has some good choices.
