I need a dirt bike for around $500?

ok my dad told me i can only get a motorcycles liscence if i learn to ride a dirt bike first, i know how to ride one from my last one, but i only had that thing for about a month or 2. I need one in mint condition, not for motorcross, just to ride. I want one that is street legal and around 150-200 cc. I want one with a speedometer also. and i need the most inexpinsive but good out there! please help! what dirt bike would you recomend?
