Hello, I need a way to gain weight, Im in my late twenties and I am underweight, which I find weird considering I eat very unhealthy (Sugar and fats, mostly). I want to change, can anyone recommend a way to build up more muscle? Also, a way to eat healthier? I think I eat very unhealthily mostly because I don't gain weight by it, so I want food that is good and tastes good too, and please recommend me some ways to gain weight BY MUSCLE. Also, I can't do machines (Like treadmills or elliptical) because I get so bored by them! I like swimming though, maybe a recommendation as to how many meters I should swim per week (my local pool measures their lanes in meters, so please make sure it's measured in meters). I've also been drinking protein shakes, is that a good idea?
