I need a good and cheap phone plan?

I'm looking to get a phone. I dont need many talking mintutes, I'm mostly going to be texting, maybe a little internet depending on the phone. I dont have a ton of money to play with, I would prefer up to $25/month, and a max of $50 for the phone, maybe 60. I would prefer a phone with a touch screen, or maybe a blackberry. Honestly, I dont know where to start looking. Everyone tells me I need to go to sam's club, but I want to shop around. Any suggestions?
