i need a good workout routine.....limited supplies?

i have nothing to workout with at home.

all i do is push-ups and sit-ups.



your mission: provide me with a daily routine to build muscle or helps me find a website thank you.

im gonna finish up the rest of my push-ups....

my goeal are to get ripped and build muscle and ive seen and felt results
i go to the gym wich helps alot
i do 2-3 sets of 10 reps per set working my whole body
pulldowns, chest flies, shoulder press, leg extentions, crunches, rows, with machines then i do free weights bicep curl, tricep extentions, and arnold press for 2 sets of 8
you should do low reps heavy weights for mucle building
i also get on a treadmill 20 minuets per session and i do each session 3 times a week
you know youve worked hard on your muscle building when you wake up teh next day and your muscles are sore, that means they are repairing themselves.
eat alot of lean protein

i would say a good workout is :

2 sets of 10:
pulldowns
leg extentions
rows
shoulder press
chest flies
ab crunches with weights

2 sets of 12 free weights
bicep curl
arnold press
tricep extentions
