I need a handheld timer for a game idea, any help?

I'm in a game design class and I must come up with an idea for a non-digital game (i. e. board game, card game, etc.). I have an idea; however, I'm short the timers that are needed.

I require a small digital handheld timer that could count down from at least 15 minutes. I'd need add/subtract buttons (these are critical) and a start/stop button, as well as an alarm. Any ideas where I could find/build one?
 
Check your cell phone. Mine has a timer on it under the "my stuff" on your menu, then go to "tools" and scroll through that to see if there's a timer on it.
 
A lot of digital watches have this feature on them. I use it to remind myself if I am cooking something instead of the timer on the stove in case I'm outside when the timer goes off. The watch I have now has a count down timer on it and it was $10 at Target. There should also be this mode on a stopwatch, but I don't know how much a standard digital stopwatch would be.
