dollars. Where can I find one? I need a laptop (not netbook), that has a dvd drive and a webcam for 300-400 dollars. Where can I find one? The laptop will hopefully have around a 2ghz processor and ram upgradable to 2 or 3 gb.

um for 300 to 400 dollars without tax, the most processor u can get is around 1.7GHZ (maybe not even) and maybe 3 GB of ram
