place hotspots.? I have tried looking myself, but I can't find a list of current hotspots and a little explanation of what makes them hotspots. If you don't know what a hotspot is, I believe it is a place of war, insurrection, terrorism or genocide reports from around the world. You know, stuff like that. Can someone help me?
