I have a '97 Wrangler soft top. somehow the zipper on my drivers side rear window broke and it would be alot nicer to have a new window that matches the rest of the top. i found one that is not tinted and wanted to know if there is a spray kinda tint i can get that will go on that plastic window like so and that i wont have problems with it coming off or anything. if not, where can i find one reasonably priced?

You need to find out who made your softtop to begin with, whether it's a factory softop or an aftermarket. Then, when you know what you're looking for, get in touch with a Bestop dealer, somebody like 4WD.com or Quadratec.com. Even better would be to find a local brick & mortar store that's a dealer. Then figure out exactly what you need.

You can go nuts (and broke) buying stuff on e-bay, or craigslist that's close to working but not quite what you need. Take the time up front to get the correct parts.

And no, there's no spray-on or tint film for plastic jeep windows. If somebody tells you they have something like that, run away real fast.
