This is my first time writing a science-fiction novel, so please don't give me any flack for this. I've been doing fine the whole way through... until now. I just can't come up with any ideas for original modes of transport to save my life. The only things popping in my head are hover cars or turbo jet-packs. Please help! All ideas are appreciated, and of course I'll be giving a best answer.

And please no rude answers. If you feel the need to be derogatory, just email me. That way I can retort. If you do answer negatively, I will simply report you.

Thanks.
Stephen: Just because it's science-fiction, doesn't mean it's set in the future. It's set in present times, only it's in another dimension. I didn't think it would be very realistic for my dimension to be completely identical to earth (ie; cars) so that's why I was looking for the substitute. But thanks anyway.
