I need a TV Tuner for my Toshiba Satellite.?

I have a Toshiba Satellite A205. I need a tv tuner in order to run Windows Media Center on my laptop and Xbox 360. I purchased one but it doesn't work as well on my laptop as it does my desktop PC at the office, which I guess is to be expected. I'm assuming it's due to a slow processor at 1.86 GHz and am hoping there is a better tv tuner out there for slower processor or for this specific model of laptop.

I have an Intel Celeron processor @1.86 GHz (yes...I know), 40 available gigs storage, 2 gigs memory and Vista.
