I work out and do high reps because i feel more burn with high reps. doing low reps feel like im not doing anything and i dont feel as worked out. also because im not bony skinny, im chubby, idk what the eating thing should be. I want to get bigger but not fatter. however, im about 15lbs above the optimal and wonder how i should approach diet.
