I need an impressive halloween recipe!?

I need a recipe that does not need to be served right away or be refridgerated, something that can be taken to a party. I also really want something that will be very much Halloween themed and be fairly impressive. I am an experienced cook and baker I am just hoping to find a new idea. Ideally this is something that is easy to eat at a non-sit down party but if it's really great I will go for anything. (PS-it must be vegetarian.)

I like to make Halloween food and also a bowl of Halloween punch but since you want something to take to a party the punch isn't the best idea. Savory foods and sweet ones are both popular at Halloween and it's amazing what you can do with some brown or green ingredients and some gummy worms.
