I need Encarta Chat, but can't figure out how to get it...<help please>?

Okay, I've been trying to add Encarta Chat to my Msn Messenger, but when i searched Google for it, i came up with an e-mail id, and whenever i seem to add it, it never works.
Is it something like that it doesn't work anymore or something?
Please help, reallly need Encarta *Chat*.
