I am a mother of 2 (youngest is barely a year). I have little muscle tone and no past history of physcial training. I lost a lot of weight rapidly in the past and now I want to build muscle tone. Particularly in my thigh/inner leg, tricep area and buttocks. I want to firm up all these areas as well as my stomach. What is the best way to go about this? I have no clue what is best. I'm considering fitness boot camp but have some negativity in my life that says I won't be able to do it so I'm considering a gym with a personal trainer. I'm of normal weight now. I am 132 and five foot seven. I don't need to lose weight I need to tone up. What is good to do? Personal trainer with a gym or fitness boot camp learning it all? Any exercises or other recommendations?
