After doing a lot of research I have found out a lot about losing weight.
I was thinking of doing this plan and I'm wondering if anyone thinks this is a good idea.
Basically I'm going to eat salads and steak. No bread, sugar, white rice, candy and whatever.
Breakfast : fruits
Lunch: salad n a piece of meat
Dinner: same as above
No snacks. Basically you can say I might try to starve myself which I am because I usually eat a lot.
Is coffee and capuccino fattening?
I go to the gym around 3 times a week and work part time as a sales associate 4 days a week.
In the gym I run for 30 minutes and do ellipticals for another 30 minutes.
Basically 2 months ago I weighed 115 pounds or so and now I weight 123 or so pounds. That is extremely stressful to me since its basically around my belly. I'm 19 yrs old right now.
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm not trying to build muscle.
