I need help finding a nutrition shake for my skinny dad!?

My dad now weighs 115 lb. and I need a nutrition shake that will help him gain weight. The problem is that he has weak kidneys. So I will be needing something that has incredibly low protein since he will be drinking around two shakes a day, which also contain about two scoops or servings in them.
