I am 20 years old plan on moving to boulder co in aug. Of this year. I have saved up 10 grand to move out. I plan on.attending the junior college for a,semester or 2. (i only need 9 credit hours to transfer and luve off campus) so I can then transfer to a university such as CU or csu My rent range is 500 to 600 dollars a month. I would really like to live with people my age even CU students in a house
 
Look on Craigslist. You do realize you will have to pay out-of-state tuition...right?
