i need help getting faster sprints (sprints/agility)?

i play soccer and what kills my game is im a bit slower than most soccer players
what are some good exercises do build my speed?

and i was thinking about getting ankle weights and a weight vest, do those work for building speed and making my feet quicker using the ankle weights?

Work on the form itself. You elbow movement and drive. How high your knees are getting. How fast your move your feet. How much forward lean you have. There are a lot of factors involved. I would recommend actually finding a coach to help you with all this.
