i need help i have sor gums? 10 points for the person that helps the most!?

hi, i have very sore gums, it really hurts, im in agney at the moment i really need help on this. i have eaten quite alot of cake mabey its the bacteria or what, i dunno? but its not because ive bashed it or anything i know that. and im not teething... thanks remember best answer gets 10 points... thanks again
 
the problem is most likely because your molars or your wisdom teeth are gettin gready to come in. if thats not it, then you rmouth is probably just changing and adjusting itself naturally. all mouths do this at some point in your life or another, so try not to worry too much. just maybe eat soft foods to ease the pain a bit. if it doesnt get better in two more days, then make an appt with your dentist asap. good luck!
