I need help on my toshiba sattelite A215-S6804?

So when I try to start my laptop it says "the last attempt to resume the system from its previous location failed. Attempt to resume again?
Then the options are:
Continue with system resume or delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu.

When I try to click one of the options it dosnt let me and then when I start the computer again I click F12 or F2 and I'm not sure what to do! Can anyone help please? Oh and I have tryed putting another keyboard in also my keyboard works when I press F2 or F12
