I NEED HELP USING BITTORRENT!!!!?

I downloaded it and the directions make it look like an easy as 123 thing but step 2 is what im having trouble with......It says:

"Download
Click to grab the torrent in your browser
Click again to load it into BitTorrent
Let BitTorrent do its magic downloading your file


What torrent are they talking about??? IN MY BROWSER??? WTF DOES THAT MEAN??? I NEED HELP SO BAD IM GETTING SUICIDAL ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And what do I click?!??!?!!!!
THERES NIOTHING MAGIC ABOUT THIS!!!
IS THIS SITE REAL DOES IT EVEN WORK???

in the website click Download Torrent option the torrent will be downloaded . then go to the downloaded folder then double click the torrent file.it will open if the torrent file is valid. if this is a problem try to open it from Bit Torrent.simply click open from the top-left bar of the software then browse the file. it's the normal work path.

if there is any addones install in your browser uninstall it. sometimes it makes problem
