i need help with installing a torrent game?

I just downloaded a need for speed 3 hot pursuit torrent and in the folder where the game was saved there are 4 files: need for speed 3 hot pursuit v1.0 crack, need for speed 3 hot pursuit v1.02 crack, Need for speed 3 hot pursuit (which says VLC media file (.bin)), and need for speed 3 hot pursuit (which says VLC media file (.cue)). so in order to install this game what do i have to do with these 4 files? i have never installed a torrent game for a pc so i am new to this so please explain steps clearly thanks!
 
If I remember correctly you need a type of software that lets you do something with them..I know thats obvious. But I used Daemon tools..it really wasn't hard I just "mounted" the files and I was able to use them..however I still didn't understand the process myself.
