I need help with my football injuries?

My team and I have just finished our 2 weeks of training (11 hours a day, 6 days a week) and we have a HUGE game against our rivals in a few days and I have a pulled muscle in my right leg, which I have been stretching, and something is wrong with my left wrist (i am a lineman and I hurt it during a blocking drill) The leg isn't a huge deal, but the wrist is. Also it doesn't seem like a muscle injury, more like a bone injury and I don't want to see a doctor until after the game because he might not clear me to play. Also I am a high school player in my sophmore year if it helps.
