i need help with my internet scroll thingy.?

i have internet and when i scroll through the page it does not scroll smoothly as it did before. when i scroll through the page it has to load and it scrolls choppy it never did that before so plz help.
 
u hav virus protection? there is sumthing taking up a lot of ur computers and internets work. start a security scan to see if theres any viruses, and if ur using internet explorer or google chrome and possibly safari try switching, firefox is the best. so just check out eerything thats runniong while u r using ur internet. anothor thing is that ur comps internet connection is really slow.
