I need help with my Nokia N95 memory!!!?

when your friend put your memory card into her phone, the memory card was formatted erasing data.
you can use a memory card recovery programme e.g. http://www.cardrecovery.com/?rid=google&kid=cr0104
 
My phone is Nokia N95-3. I bought an 8GB memory. I named it Mono Te. I've had the memory n the phone for almost a year. I downloaded lots of songs and themes. I've just used 1GB. Just yesterday, i took out the memory card to let my friends see and then put it back in. All of a sudden after i put back my memory, all my songs, pictures, videos, and themes are gone! ALL of them!!! And when i checked the memory's name, it's KFAT1. Not Mono Te. And it's still 8GB (i remembered i've used 1GB so it should say 7GB). I've tried to restart for like 10 times even today, but still it does not work. Another problem: whenever i finished restarting, the screen says that my "Memory is full. Please delete some data first." And i couldn't even go to gallery. >:( Pleeeeaasseeeee someoneeeeeee!!!!! thanks!
