I need help with my sonyericsson mobile phone, programning length of incoming rings.?

Did you turn on call forwarding? If a phone is forwarded it will only ring once, and then it will go to the forwarded number instead of voice mail.

That is not something that you can control with the device, that can only be doen thru the network itself. You will need to contact your service provider and tell them you need to have your ringtime extended.
